I've spent the last several years in B2B Space, before starting toflow.ai I was founding CTO at a Series-A funded startup. Where along with engineering, I took an interesting initiative to lead the sales enablement function and build the sales tech stack.

I was deeply involved in the day-to-day execution of outbound sales, and I saw firsthand how much time and energy my team spent on the busywork of prospecting and outreach. The problem wasn't strategy. It was the daily grind of execution.


The Problem We Lived

Our SDRs would start each morning bouncing between LinkedIn, Apollo, a spreadsheet, their inbox, and a CRM. They'd spend an hour researching a single prospect before writing one cold email.
